Interior and exterior metal features need to be maintained — not painted!

There is more to architectural metal features than what is inside a building.

Just like your interior metal features, a building's metal exterior needs regular maintenance. Exterior metal is susceptible to deterioration brought on by pollution, and pitting and oxidizing caused by ultraviolet radiation.

SBS Enterprises has developed a proprietary cleaning method, in accordance with the American Architectural Manufacturers Association. Years of atmospheric pollution are safely removed from anodized aluminum frames and anodic finished panels.

After cleaning, a protective coating is applied that helps stop recurring stains and deterioration.
